WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?
Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, sciatica, neck pain, pain or numbness of the arms or legs and headaches.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Dr. Williams participates with virtually all health coverages including Medicare, Blue Cross, MVP, The Empire Plan, CIGNA, CDPHP, and more. He is also a Workers Compensation and No Fault provider.

In order to file a claim to your insurance, we will need to make a copy of your card. Please bring it with you to your initial visit. If you have specific questions regarding your help plan participation, please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and they can clarify any inquiries regarding your specific policy.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
Not at all! In New York State, chiropractors are portal of entry which means no referral is required.
Dr. Williams DOES work hand in hand with all local health care specialties and providers, so please bring any prior clinical information (imaging reports, therapy notes/orders, etc...) with you that would assist in setting up your specific care plan.
