Dr. Russell Williams, DC, CSCS
My journey to becoming a DC began back in 11th grade after suffering a major back injury playing high school football. My interest in rehab and sports medicine took off, and we haven't looked back. You can see my list of scholarly and professional achievements below, so no need to bore you here as well. I started working with industry leader Dr. Tom LaFountain in 2006, and was with him until 20019, when the dream of opening my own practice became a reality. We set up shop in Whitesboro, and have been there ever since.

In my free time I enjoy being with family, hacking it up on the golf course and doing my best to remain fit and active. You'll see me at a lot of our local distance running events. Never hesitate to stop and say hi. You may also see me on the sidelines and in the dugout coaching sports in Holland Patent, where our kids attend school.
